How long will it take Bold Smart Offers to gather data about my store and generate offers if I have a large order history?
Smart Offers require 60 days worth of historical order data in order to determine the best offers for your store. If you are seeing a message that says: "Bold Smart Offers is gathering data about your store..." for longer than a few minutes, this is likely because you do not have enough orders or product inventory. Once your store has the appropriate amount of order data, Smart Offers will generate automatically.
