Customize the Gift Card Email in Cashier


Bold Cashier allows you to customize its gift card emails. Because Cashier uses its own checkout process, gift cards created in Shopify cannot be used with Cashier.

To customize the email that gets sent to a customer when they receive a gift card, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    select apps

  2. Select Bold Cashier.

    select cashier

  3. Select Settings, then Email Settings.

  4. Select the toggle button to enable them.

    Select Toggle

  5. Change the subject line and body of the email as needed.

  6. Select Save.

    Select Save
