Customize the Gift Card Email in Cashier

To customize the email that gets sent to a customer when they receive a gift card, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

    select apps 

  2. Select Bold Cashier.

    select cashier 

  3. Select GIFT CARDS.

    select gift cards 

  4. Select Setup Gift Card Email.

    select Setup Gift Card Email 

  5. Select the Enable gift card emails? checkbox to enable them.

  6. Change the subject line and body of the email as needed.

  7. Select Save.

    Select Save
