To disable the email that gets sent to a customer when they receive a gift card, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Bold Cashier.
- Select GIFT CARDS.
- Select Setup Gift Card Email.
- Deselect the Enable gift card emails? checkbox to enable them.
- Select Save.
