Customize the Abandoned Cart Emails in Cashier

To change the content of the abandoned cart emails and how they are sent, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
  2. Select Cashier.
  3. Select Management.
  4. Select Abandoned Carts.
  5. Select Abandoned Cart Settings.
  6. Select the Enable abandoned cart emails check box.
  7. Choose the wait time of sending the email after the cart is abandoned (ie. One hour, Six hours, Twenty-four hours).
  8. Select Do you want to allow multiple emails to be sent in a 24 hour period If you would like to do so.
  9. Edit the Subject Line as needed.
  10. Edit the Email Content as needed.
  11. Select Save.
