View and Resolve Notifications in Cashier


Bold Cashier will notify you of any issues that need to be resolved within the app.

To view and resolve your notifications in Cashier, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    select apps

  2. Select Bold Cashier.

    select cashier

  3. With your mouse pointer, select the Bell Icon in the top-right corner.

    Select Notification Icon


  • If there are any notifications, they will display here on hover.
  • If the bell is not present, you have no notifications.
  • Notifications can either be red (critical) or blue (informational).
  • If you select a notification, you will be taken to resolve the issue
