View and Resolve Notifications in Cashier

To view and resolve your notifications in Bold Cashier, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

    select apps 

  2. Select Bold Cashier.

    select cashier 

  3. With your mouse pointer, hover over the Bell Icon in the top-right corner.



  • If there are any notifications, they will display here on hover.
  • If there is no dot on the bell, there are no notifications.
  • Notifications can either be red (critical) or blue (informational).
  • If you select a notification, you will be taken to resolve the issue.
