  • The discount codes work, but for some reason the % listed in checkout is wrong. For example, I tried implementing a 20% discount. Once the code was entered the discount came up as "19%". Trying another one at 10% off came up as "9.5%"???

Why would it be showing any value other than that entered when creating the discount?

  • Hi there!

Thanks again for reaching out :) There's a small bug with the way these discount codes are displaying on the storefront. Our developers are currently investigating the issue and working on a solution.

While they do appear to display incorrectly, the discount amount being applied in the checkout should still be correct.

Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meanwhile and we'll be glad to assist!

  • Hi,

We have recently configured cashier in our shopify store and the discount codes work well but I think there is a bugg when there are additional shipping costs.

For example in my store we offer free shipping over 250 euros. If someone add a product of 250 euros to the cart he obtain free shipping but if he applies for example a 10% discount code, then the price is 225 euros but he still get the free shipping. I think that this is because cashier calculate the shipping costs with the subtotal and not with the total amount.

My store is configured with one step checkout not three steps.

Is there any way to solve it?
