Change Next Order Date for an Existing Subscriber

Warning!

Before making these changes check if a customer has made any adjustments to their upcoming orders. This process will wipe out any changes, like skipped orders, quantity exceptions or adjustments to a specific order.

With Recurring Orders you are able to change the date of the next order for an existing subscriber by following these steps:

  1. From “Shopify Admin”, select Apps.
  2. Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.
  3. Select Customers.

  4. Under “Search by customer or product”, enter customer name.

  5. Select Search.

  6. Next to the required customer, select Edit.

  7. Select Upcoming Orders.

    Select Upcoming Orders 

  8. Select the Order Date.

    Select the Order Date 

  9. Change the Order Date.

    Change the Order Date 

  10. Select Save.

     Select Save

That’s it!

Note: This will effect the order dates for all upcoming orders, depending on the frequency, the next order will be processed one week, one month, or one year from the new date.
