Adjust a Subscriber's Order Frequency

Adjusting a subscriber’s order frequency will affect how often their recurring order generates and how often they are charged.  The order frequency can be adjusted to daily, weekly, monthly or yearly intervals.

Note: If you would like to change the date the subscriber’s order falls on,  visit: Change Next Order Date for an Existing Subscriber.

To adjust a subscriber’s order frequency, follow these steps:

  1. From “Shopify Admin”, select Apps.
  2. Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.
  3. Select Customers.

  4. Under “Search by customer or product”, enter customer name.

  5. Select Search.

  6. Next to the required customer, select Edit.

  7. Under “Frequency”, select the current frequency.

  8. Enter a number.

  9. Select an interval.

  10. Select OK.
