By default, Multi-Currency uses OpenExchange's real-time exchange rates to calculate your store's prices with Multi-Currency. You are also able to set your own exchange rates.
It is important to note that the exchange rate rules are only compatible with Bold Cashier's checkout. Product prices will revert to their original price with any other checkout, like the Shopify checkout.
Caution
As of February 19th, 2021, Bold Multi-Currency is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If your store has installed our Bold Multi-Currency app prior to February 19, 2021 - you will be able to continue using this app as it is grandfathered on your store.
Using Your Own Exchange Rate
- From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
- Select Multi-Currency.
- Under Currencies, select the Gear Icon next to the currency you would like to use your own exchange rate for.
- Select Use my own fixed exchange rate.

Enter the Dollar Amount to apply.
Note: This will depend on your default currency. The amount entered here will be the default currency equivalent to 1 dollar of the currency you are editing.
- Select Save.
