Manually Sync Inventory with Custom Pricing



If you are using Custom Pricing with the Draft Order (Standard) or Accelerated Method, this feature will not be available.


If your product or variant inventory is updated within Shopify, it can take some time before Custom Pricing is able to recognize these updates. As well, there may be other apps or actions taken on the site that cause this inventory to become out of sync.

However, manually syncing the inventory within Custom Pricing updates the app's inventory numbers immediately.

To manually sync inventory in Custom Pricing, while using the Variants Method, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Bold Custom Pricing (Wholesale & Quantity Breaks).

    Select Bold Custom Pricing (Wholesale & Quantity Breaks) from your list of apps

  3. Select Settings, then General

    Select Settings, then General from the left side of your Custom Pricing admin

  4. Select Manually Sync Inventory.

    Select the Manually Sync Inventory button near the top of this screen
