Cancel a Membership in Bold Memberships

Overview

To cancel a customer's membership manually in Bold Memberships, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select the Apps option on the left-hand side of your Shopify admin

  2. Select Recurring Memberships.

    Select Recurring Memberships from your list of apps

  3. Select Memberships.

    From the top navigation bar, select Memberships

  4. Select Settings (the gear icon).

    To the far-right of the member you want to adjust, select the gear icon, under Actions

  5. Select Cancel.

    Within the Settings dropdown menu, select Cancel (second one from the top)

  6. Select Yes.

    On the confirmation window, select Yes in the bottom-right corner
