With Product Builder, you can create a custom form to gather information from your customers. To add a custom form to your Product Builder, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Product Builder.
- Select Edit Steps next to the Product Builder where you would like to add a custom form.
- Select Create Custom Form.
- Enter a Step Name.
- Select Upload Image to add an image for the step (optional).
- Enter a Step Description Title.
- Enter a Step Description.
- Enter a Field Label Name.
- Select an Option Type.
- Enter Values, one per line.
- Select Required if you want a required value entered here.
- Select Add Option.
- Repeat steps 9 - 13 until you have added all options.
- Select Create.
