A manual return can be created by store staff to override the return rules when an ordered product is outside the allowed time-frame for returns or if a customer calls into the store to submit a request. To create a manual return, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Returns.
- Select Create a Return.
- Enter the Order Number in the "Search Bar".
- Select Search.
- Select Create Return.
- Select a Return Type.
- Enter a Return Quantity.
- Select a Return Reason.

- Select OK.
