A manual return can be created by store staff to override the return rules when an ordered product is outside the allowed time-frame for returns or if a customer calls into the store to submit a request.
Bold Returns Manager is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If you already have Bold Returns Manager installed, you will be able to continue using it as it is grandfathered on your store.
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Returns.
- Select Create a Return.
- Enter the Order Number in the "Search Bar".
- Select Search.
- Select Create Return.
- Select a Return Type.
- Enter a Return Quantity.
- Select a Return Reason.
