Return Statuses allow you to communicate with your customers through automated emails. When you change the status of a customer's return, you can send them an email that informs of where you're at in the return process.
Bold Returns Manager is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If you already have Bold Returns Manager installed, you will be able to continue using it as it is grandfathered on your store.
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Settings.
- Select Status Settings.
- Select Create a new status.
- Enter a Status Name.
- Enter the email information and contents or select Check if no email is needed for this status.
- Select Save.
