Add Terms and Conditions for Returns Manager


Returns Manager allows you to set terms and conditions that your customers must accept before they're able to submit a return on your site.

To add terms and conditions for returns, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Returns Manager by Bold.

    Select Returns Manager by Bold

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select General Settings.

    select general settings

  5. Under "Terms and Conditions", select Edit.

  6. Enter the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Select Save.
