Returns Manager is able to read all of the information on orders that are placed after the app has been installed. Because of this, you need to run an import for your customers to be able to return orders that were placed before the app's installation.
Bold Returns Manager is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If you already have Bold Returns Manager installed, you will be able to continue using it as it is grandfathered on your store.
To import your historical orders into Returns Manager, please follow the steps below.
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Returns.
- Select Pending Requests.
- Select Import Orders.
