Import Orders with Returns Manager


Returns Manager tracks orders after installation. If you would like to have the ability to process orders that happened before the install, you must import these orders.

To import your historical orders into Returns Manager, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Returns Manager by Bold.

    Select Returns Manager by Bold

  3. Select Returns.

  4. Select Pending Requests.

  5. Select Import Orders.

    Import Orders

That's it!
