Automate Return Labels


Returns Manager can only generate shipping labels through UPS at this time.

Returns Manager can use UPS to automate return shipping labels to send to customers. When activated, a shipping label will automatically be sent to your customers when a return is approved.

To set it up, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Returns Manager by Bold.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Return Label Settings.

  5. Under "Carrier", select UPS.

  6. Under "Enter Your Information for UPS Here", enter your API Key, User Name, Password, and Account Number.

  7. Under "Step 2", Enter in your return address.

  8. Select Save.

    Note: The labels are generated when the customer's return is approved for reasons where the "store owner" is set to pay the shipping.

Note: By default, Return emails are turned off. You can Edit Returns Manager Emails under General Settings
