Returns Manager can automatically approve each return that is submitted through your storefront.
Normally, your returns are placed in a "Pending" queue after they're submitted through the store. You can then decide to approve or deny them based on the submitted information. Auto-approving these will instantly place them in the "Approved" queue after they're submitted.
Note: Auto-approvals are turned on by default when you install Returns Manager.
To turn on auto approval for returns, please follow these steps:
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Settings.
- Select General Settings.
- Select Turn on Auto Approvals.
- Select Save.
