Returns Manager gives you the flexibility to specify different shipping instructions to your customers; depending on which party is paying for the cost of returning their items.
To add shipping instructions, please follow these steps:
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Settings.
- Select General Settings.
- Select Hide Shipping Address on widget (optional).
- Under "Shop Owner Pays" add the shipping instructions for that situation.
- Under "Customer Pays" add the shipping instructions for that situation.
- Select Save.
That's it!
