At this time, version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points is unavailable for new installations. If you are currently using version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points, you will be able to continue using the app as your account will now be grandfathered.
To adjust a customer's point balance, follow these steps:
- From the Shopify Admin, select Apps.
- Select Loyalty Points by Bold.
- Select Customers or Transactions.
- Select Settings
- Select Adjust Customer's Points.
- Enter the number of Points to Issue.
- Enter a Reason for adjusting the points balance.
- Select a Points Expiry rule.
- Select Issue points.
- Select Yes, issue points.
