To adjust a customer's points balance, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Loyalty Points by Bold.
- Select Customers or Transactions.
- Applies to Version: All
- Complexity Level: No coding knowledge required
- Estimated Time for Completion: 10 minutes
Select Adjust Customer's Points.
Enter the number of Points to Issue.
Enter a Reason for adjusting the points balance.
Select a Points Expiry rule.
Select Issue points.
Select Yes, issue points.
