Adjust Customer's Points Balance


To adjust a customer's points balance, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Loyalty Points by Bold.

  3. Select Customers or Transactions.

  4. Select Settings

  5. Select Adjust Customer's Points.

  6. Enter the number of Points to Issue.

  7. Enter a Reason for adjusting the points balance.

  8. Select a Points Expiry rule.

  9. Select Issue points.

  10. Select Yes, issue points.
