Customize the Emails in Loyalty Points

This article outlines how you can customize the emails sent by Loyalty Points V1.


At this time, version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points is unavailable for new installations. If you are currently using version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points, you will be able to continue using the app as your account will now be grandfathered.




  1. From the Shopify Admin, select Apps.
  2. Select Loyalty Points by Bold.
  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Email Templates.

  5. Select Edit next to the email you would like to customize.

  6. Make your desired changes.

  7. Select Save Changes.
  8. Select the Toggle to enable the email.
