To customize the emails in Loyalty Points, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Loyalty Points by Bold.
- Select Settings.
- Select Email Templates.
- Select Edit next to the email you would like to customize.
- Make the desired changes.
- Select Save Changes.
- Select the Toggle to enable the email.
- Enable Auto-Upgrade for Earning Tiers
- Import Customers in Loyalty Points
- Import Retroactive Orders in Loyalty Points
