Create an Order Status in Order Manager

 Caution

Bold Order Manager is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If you already have Bold Order Manager installed, you will be able to continue using it as it is grandfathered on your store.

To add a custom product to an order in Order Manager, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps
  2. Select Order Manager
  3. Select Statuses.

  4. Select Create Status.

  5. Enter a Status Name.

  6. Enter a Status Note (optional).

  7. Select Send email when the status is selected? (optional)

  8. Enter an Email Subject and Content (optional).

  9. Select Save Status.
