Create a New Status in Custom Orders

To create a new status in Custom Orders, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

    Select Apps 

  2. Select Custom Orders.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Status Settings.

  5. Select Create a new status.

  6. Enter a Status Name.

  7. Enter a Status Note.

  8. Select Check if no email is needed for this status (optional).

  9. Enter an Email Subject.

  10. Enter the Email Content.

  11. Select Save.
