If your Bold Managed Shipping isn't working, please review:

  • Have you removed the existing shipping rates from your Shopify zones?
  • Have you installed the carrier service through the app admin?
  • Do you have the carrier calculated shipping upgrade through Shopify?
  • Have your merchants created shipping rates for their products through the merchant portal?
