Returns Manager allows your customers to attach files to their product returns. This is great if you need confirmation from a customer on why an item doesn't quite work for them.
To attach a file to an active return, please follow these steps:
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Returns.
- Select Active Returns.
- Select Edit under "Public Note", next to the return to which you want to add a file.
- Select Choose File.
- Use your file manager to navigate to, select and Open the file you would like to attach.
- Select Save.
- Select Close.
This file (and the notes attached to it) are viewable by the customer when they search their order number and email through the returns widget on the storefront.
