Returns Manager allows your customers to attach files to their product returns. This is great if you need confirmation from a customer on why an item doesn't quite work for them.
To attach a file to an active return, please follow these steps:
- From Shopify's admin, select Apps.
- Select Returns Manager by Bold.
- Select Returns.
- Select Active Returns.
- Select Edit under "Public Note", next to the return to which you want to add a file.
- Select Choose File.
- Use your file manager to navigate to, select and Open the file you would like to attach.
- Select Save.
- Select Close.
That's it! This file (and the notes attached to it) are viewable by the customer when they search their order number and email through the returns widget on the storefront.
