A number of our apps require liquid code to be added to the theme files, for the designed functionality to work. We do provide the instructions for each app within our support site; however, many shop owners choose to leave it with us to install the code. Within the app, you can request our team install the liquid code for you.
The steps for making this request can vary slightly, depending on the app; but should be similar to these. To request a free liquid install, follow these steps:
- From within your app, select Help.
- Select Liquid Installation.
- Select Please insert liquid code for only $40!
- Select What theme would you like it installed on?
- Enter relevant information under Do you have any other questions or comments?
- Select Looks good! Send Away!
Make sure you make us a staff account.
The install team will need access to the store admin to be able to access the theme's files to install the app's code. Visit: Create a Staff Account for detailed instructions.
When will the code be installed?
Install requests are processed typically in the order received. If we have a staff account with the required permission, most installs are completed within 2 to 3 business days but may take longer depending on how many install requests we have. An email will be sent to you when the install is complete or if additional information is needed. A status message is also displayed within the app.
We need it faster than 2 business days. Can you help?
We do not offer a faster install service. Requests are generally completed in the order received, but let us know and we may be able to help.
