To merge orders when Order Manager auto-detects a similar ship to address, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Order Manager.
- Select Existing Orders.
If the merge icon exists, select it.
Note: If the merge icon doesn't exist, continue with step 5. You can still merge orders even if Order Manager hasn't auto-detected a similar ship to address.
- Select the orders you would like to merge.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Select Combine Orders.
