To merge orders when Order Manager auto-detects a similar ship to address, please follow the steps below.
Bold Order Manager is no longer available to install on the Shopify App Store. If you already have Bold Order Manager installed, you will be able to continue using it as it is grandfathered on your store.
- From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.
- Select Order Manager.
- Select Existing Orders.
If the merge icon exists, select it.
Note: If the merge icon doesn't exist, continue with step 5. You can still merge orders even if Order Manager hasn't auto-detected a similar ship to address.
- Select the orders you would like to merge.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Select Combine Orders.
