Customer pricing allows you to hide products on the store front from either regular customers or customers who have a specific customer pricing tag assigned to them. The hiding functionality will cause products to not show on the search, collection, and product pages. You can do this by assigning a "hide tag" to the product that you wish to hide. Here's a step by step process on how to do this:
1. Create a customer pricing tag in the app administration. This isn't necessary for regular customers that you want to hide product from.
2. Assign the customer pricing tag to a customer account in the customer section of your Shopify administration. This isn't necessary for regular customers that you want to hide a product from.
3. Assign the hide tag to the product. You can do this by going into the products section of your Shopify admin, finding the product that you want to hide, then going down to the "tags" section and applying the hide tag.
The format of the hide tag is ####-HIDE, where #### is replaced by the name of the customer pricing tag that you want to hide the product from. It is also important that the -HIDE portion is capitalized.
To hide the product from regular customers, you would use "default-HIDE". After the product has been saved it should now be hidden in the store front from whatever customers you specified through the tags.
