Enable Third Party Cookies

When accessing your Bold app, do you see a login page that looks like this?

If you see this page, you'll need to enter your full .myshopify.com store address (yourshop.myshopify.com).

If you have entered your .myshopify.com store address and continue to see this login page, your browser may be blocking third-party cookies.

Please select your web browser below.

  1. Select the Chrome menu ellipsis in the upper-right of the window.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Select Privacy and Security.
  5. Select Site Settings.
  6. Select Cookies and site data.
  7. Ensure the checkbox labeled Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) is selected.
  1. Select the Firefox menu.
  2. Select Options.
    • If you are using Windows, select Options.
    • If you are using Mac OS, select Preferences...
  3. Select the Privacy panel.
  4. In the History section, select Firefox will: Remember history.
  1. Select Safari in the menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences...
  3. Select the Privacy panel.
  4. Under Block cookies and other website data, select Never.

Depending on the version of Safari, the option may also be to Always allow cookies.

  1. Select the cog menu in the upper-right of the window.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. Select and drag the slider in the "Settings" section to the bottom, to Accept All Cookies.
  5. Select OK.
