In June 2014, we announced that ShopPad app and Bold play nicely together. We're extremely excited about this as it means that literally thousands of Bold App users can now use ShopPad, too! If you don't have the ShopPad app in your store, you can grab it here.

What exactly does the integration do?
Unfortunately, we weren't able to pass the full functionality of our apps through to ShopPad; however, what we were able to do was build a system that made it so if you use our apps, the hidden products and variants won't display on ShopPad. So you're safe to use both apps now! It's only phase one, but it's a huge improvement!
In a nutshell: You can use ShopPad and Bold Apps together and nothing should break on your ShopPad store. Not all the functionality will be there, but nothing will break. :-) This is version 1.0 of our integration and in the future we hope to be adding some of the apps' functionality to ShopPad. For phase 1 (now), our first goal was to make it so at the very least you can use both apps and customers on ShopPad won't see your Customer Pricing, Quantity Break, or hidden variants.
Here's an app-by-app description of how each integration will work on ShopPad.
All the discount features work, scheduling discounts works, discounting by different sections such as brand, type, vendor, collection, etc works. The only thing that doesn't work is the countdown timer, sales icons, and the duplicate and hide feature.
Everything works fine on the desktop version of your website, Upsell offers will not pop up on ShopPad.
The functionality of the this app will not work on ShopPad. However, the integration does make it so any hidden products and variants for your wholesale customers created with this app will not appear on ShopPad for anyone to purchase. That's how it was before. So no damage will be done and you're safe to have both apps; customers will simply not be able to access the Customer Pricing on ShopPad.
The functionality of Product Options will not work on ShopPad. However, the integration does make it so any hidden products created with the Product Option app will not appear on ShopPad.
The Quantity Break feature will not work on ShopPad, BUT the good news is the hidden variants used for Quantity Breaks will not be visible to all your customers. So everything will work fine on ShopPad, just the customer will not be able to get the Quantity Break pricing
The Sales Motivator messaging will not appear in ShopPad, but will continue to display on the website when viewed from a computer.
Social Autopilot posts messages to your Twitter feed with new products. There are no integration issues with ShopPad.
Subscription options will not appear on products within ShopPad. All products will be purchased as a regular, one-time purchase. Customers can visit the store website from a computer to purchase as a subscription.
Not tested, but products purchased through Marketplace should still track payouts to merchants.
Membership options will not appear on products within ShopPad. Customers can visit the store website from a computer to purchase as a membership.
The Store Locator page cannot be accessed from within the ShopPad app. Customers should visit the store website using a computer to view store locations.
The functionality of the Product Bundles app will not work on ShopPad. However, the integration does make it so any hidden products created with the app will not appear on ShopPad. So no damage will be done; customers will simply not be able to bundle.
Maply page cannot be accessed from within the ShopPad app. Customers should visit the store website using a computer to view store locations.
Customers will not be able to initiate a return through the ShopPad app. Customers should visit the store website from a computer to start a return.
Donation options will not appear on products within ShopPad. Customers can visit the store website from a computer to make a donation.
Customers will not be able to access the page created by Order Manager to view their order, and status notes. Logging in to the store website from a computer is not affected.
Buy The Measurement
Customer will not be see the Buy The Measurement widget through ShopPad. Customer can view the store from a computer to enter specific dimensions.
The page created by Product Builder cannot be viewed from within ShopPad. Customers should visit the website from a computer to build custom products.
Most of the functionality of this app will work fine. If you create custom orders with the app, the customer will have to use the desktop version of the website to complete the order. The hidden products used for the custom orders will not be visible on ShopPad.
Customers will not be able to redeem loyalty points on ShopPad.
