If Customer Specific Pricing Variants have been created but the app pricing doesn't show when you are logged into a tagged account it could be for a few different reasons:
- The tag isn't applied to the customer account properly. Ensure that the tag is entered exactly the same (capital letters, spaces, etc.) as the tag you created in the "manage tags" sections of Customer Specific Pricing. Visit Apply a Customer Specific Pricing Tag to a Customer Account for detailed instructions.
- The liquid code for Customer Specific Pricing hasn't been installed properly in the theme's files. Ensure that it is installed correctly, particularly in the file that controls the price field on the storefront where the pricing isn't showing correctly. (ie. check collection.liquid if the wrong prices are showing on the collection pages. Refer to Customer Specific Pricing Install Instructions to view set up instructions.
