How does a merchant reset their password?


If you have a merchant that has forgotten their password, have them follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Merchant Login Portal".
  2. Select Forgot Password?

    select forgot password 

  3. Enter your Email.

  4. Enter your Email again in the "Confirm Email" field.

    confirm your email 

  5. Select Reset.

    select reset 

  6. Check your email for a temporary password.
  7. Go to the "Merchant Login Portal" and log in.
