If you have a merchant that has forgotten their password, all it takes is a couple steps to get them back up and running with a new one!
Step 1: Direct them to the Merchant Login Portal.
Step 2: Get them to click "Forgot Password?".
Step 3: They'll type in their email and click "reset".
Step 4: Now they can log in using the temporary password and use the portal like they normally would.
Step 5 (Optional): If they would like to change their password to something other than the randomly generated one, they can go to their "Profile" page, scroll to the bottom, and click "Change Password".
