How do I join a session with a Bold support agent?


Sometimes when an issue arises it makes things easier for either the support agents or the customer to see/control each other's computer screens. In such a circumstance a session may be requested. Here's how you connect with us:

  1. Navigate to

    Note: You may be prompted to download a small app to use the service.

  2. Next, you will be presented with this screen (you may need to install the software beforehand).  Just select the "knock" button to request access to the screen sharing session.

    Before joining

  3. We'll receive the request and once we accept it, you'll be able to see our screen.

    After Joining
