Both Braintree Credit Card or Braintree PayPal are supported in Bold Checkout. Both options allow you to accept credit cards, however, Braintree PayPal allows you to place a PayPal button on your store to offer a simple user experience and Braintree Credit Card offers an integrated user experience.

Braintree Credit Card also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay and supports SCA compliance for European merchants.

Pro-Tip: Bold Checkout is available to use for free when using Braintree as your payment gateway.

To see if this payment processor is right for your store and apply for an account, please visit Braintree's website.
