See Details Feature is not Displaying on My Store


If you've enabled the "See Details" feature, but can't see it on your storefront, check the settings. Often the color of the "See Details" window is the same color as the background color on your theme, rendering it invisible.

To fix this, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Apps.

  2. Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Display.

  5. Within the "Product Page Widget" tab, scroll down to More Details Hover Box.

  6. Adjust the Background Color and/or Font Color to ensure it stands out from your theme colors.
