Stores are Displaying near Africa or Otherwise Incorrectly

A convenient way to load a large number of stores at once is to Bulk Import Stores in Store Locator with the address locations.

If the CSV file doesn't contain the latitude and longitude (GPS) coordinates, the app will attempt to locate the address based on the address details provided. If for some reason, Mapply can't find the address, it will place a pin in the middle of the map.

There are many reasons Mapply may not locate the address. The address may be wrong, misspelled or new. There are three solutions to fix this problem, select each solution to view the steps to fix it.

  1. Visit Mapply Account Page, log in if necessary.

  2. Select Edit next to the store for which you would like to adjust latitude and longitude.

  3. Under "Step 4 - Adjust Store Location", select Find My Store.

  4. Select Save.

That's it! If the map doesn't show a pin in the new location, continue to solution 2.

  1. Visit Mapply Account Page, log in if necessary.

  2. Select Edit next to the store for which you would like to adjust latitude and longitude.

  3. Select I know my Coordinates to refine the pin location (optional).

  4. Enter the Latitude and Longitude and select Update Location (optional).

    Note: If you aren't sure of the Latitude and Longitude, visit iTouchMap and input the address to get them.

  5. Select Save.

That's it!

  3. Under "Step 4 - Adjust Store Location", select and drag the pin to the desired location.
