Stores are Displaying near Africa or Otherwise Incorrectly

A convenient way to import a large number of stores at once is to Bulk Import Stores in Mapply. If the .CSV file doesn't contain the latitude and longitude (GPS) coordinates, the app will attempt to locate the address based on the address details provided.

If for some reason Mapply can't find the address, it will place a pin in the middle of the map.

There are many reasons Mapply may not locate the address: the address may be incorrect, not formatted correctly, or Google simply wasn't able to locate the address.

Below are three solutions to fix this problem.

  1. Visit the Mapply Account Page. Log in if necessary.

    log in

  2. Select Edit next to the store that you would like to adjust.

    select edit

  3. Under Step 4 - Adjust Store Location, select Find My Store.

    select find my store

  4. Select Save.

    select save
