This article outlines how to remove, or exclude, a customer's existing order from earning points.
At this time, version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points is unavailable for new installations. If you are currently using version 1 of Bold Loyalty Points, you will be able to continue using the app as your account will now be grandfathered.
- From the Shopify Admin, select Orders.
- Select the order you would like to exclude.
- In the Tags field, enter the tag bold_points_exclude.
- Select Add "bold_points_exclude".
- Select Save.
