Remove or Exclude an Existing Order from Earning Points

To remove or exclude an existing order from earning points, follow these steps:

  1. From "Shopify Admin", select Orders.

    select orders 

  2. Select the order you would like to exclude.

    select the order 

  3. In the "Tags" field, enter the tag bold_points_exclude.

    enter the tag 

  4. Select Add "bold_points_exclude".

    select add 

  5. Select Save.

    select save 

That's it!
