To remove or exclude an existing order from earning points, follow these steps:
- From "Shopify Admin", select Orders.
- Select the order you would like to exclude.
- In the "Tags" field, enter the tag bold_points_exclude.
- Select Add "bold_points_exclude".
- Select Save.
- Customize the Emails in Loyalty Points
- Enable Auto-Upgrade for Earning Tiers
- Import Customers in Loyalty Points
