Update Order Notes Left on a Subscription Order


If you need to change the order notes left by a customer on their subscription order, please follow these steps:

  1. From Shopify's admin, select Apps.

    Select Apps

  2. Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold.

    Select Recurring Orders & Subscriptions by Bold

  3. Select Customers.

    Select Customers

  4. Enter email address or name in the search to find the customer.

    Customer Name

  5. Select Search.


  6. In the customer row, select Edit.


  7. Select Order Notes.

    Order Notes

  8. Adjust the note as required.

    Order Note

  9. Select Update.

    Update Order Note

That's it!

Note: These notes will show up on every future order for this subscriber as it generates.
