How do I process the next order for a subscription sooner / earlier than scheduled?

Depending on how soon your customer would like their order, there are a couple ways you can generate a subscription order earlier than scheduled. These are as follows:

  • Generate the next subscription order now - You can generate the next subscription order now by clicking the Order now button. This generates an order within the next 60 minutes and automatically skips the next scheduled subscription order. If desired, the shipment on the next order can be recovered as well.
  • Change the upcoming order date - If you customer wants their next order on specific date, you can change the next order date to a closer date on behalf of your customers, or allow your customers to do this themselves from within the customer portal.

Follow the steps below to update your customer's next order date.

  1. From within Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.
  2. Search for the customer by name or email.
  3. Select the ellipsis beside the customer and select Manage Subscriptions.
  4. Under Active customer subscriptions, select Edit beside the Next Order date.
  5. Select a desired order date for the next order.
  6. Select Only update next order date or Update all future orders based on selected date.
  7. Select Save Changes.
