If a subscription group is turned off, can a customer resume a paused subscription?
Customers can resume their paused subscription even if the subscription group is turned off. Turning off a subscription group only prevents new customers from subscribing as the group will not be visible on the storefront. Existing customers can still pause and resume their subscriptions as usual.
