Orders placed through Bold Booster for PayPal can be refunded from the Order page in your Open Cart admin.

Currently, only full refunds are supported at this time. Partial refunds are not supported.

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to refund an order placed through Bold Booster for PayPal.

 

 

Refund an order

  1. From within your OpenCart admin, navigate to Sales > Orders.

    Sales > Orders

  2. Click View on the relevant order.
  3. Click Transaction Details in the left-hand menu.
  4. Click the Refund Payment button.
