My discounts are not appearing on product pages, collection pages and cart page
If a discount created from Custom Pricing is not appearing or applying on the storefront on collection pages, product pages or on the cart page, this can often occur from one of the following below:
- Incomplete install - The most common reason Custom Pricing is not working is due to an incorrect installation. Custom Pricing must be properly installed on your theme. Our Customer Success team is happy to help ensure Custom Pricing is installed correctly. Please ask to speak to a member of our team if you need help. Incorrect tags or not logged in - If you have customer specific pricing set up, you need to log onto the storefront with an account that contains a Custom Pricing tag in order to see the discounts. Tags are case sensitive and must be entered into the account exactly as it appears in Custom Pricing. For example, a tag titled Gold-VIP would need to be added as Gold-VIP into your customer account and not gold-vip.

Product(s) are not discounted in Custom Pricing - Check your discounts in Custom Pricing.
- You are using a fixed price that is higher than the product price - Custom Pricing is designed to discount products. Fixed prices that are higher will be disregarded.
- You have a conflicting third-party app - If you have another app on your store that modifies prices rules this can conflict with Custom Pricing.
