How can I prevent the Bold Upsell app from displaying upsell offers to customers who have added subscription items to their cart? I use Shopify's Subscriptions app.
There is no setting within Bold Upsell that allows you to exclude subscription items from upsell offers. You may need to adjust your upsell offers based on other conditions to achieve the desired outcome.
