How to remove a product from a customer's subscription?

To remove a product from a subscription as a customer, they can follow these steps.

  1. Log in to the customer portal.
  2. Click Products in my subscription.
  3. Click Remove product next to the product you would like to remove. Please note that if there is only one item in the subscription, Remove product will not appear.
  4. Click Remove a product.
  5. Click OK in the browser popup confirmation.

To remove a product from a subscription as an admin, please follow the steps below.

  1. From within Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.
  2. Search for the customer by name or email.
  3. Click the ellipsis beside the customer and select Manage subscriptions.
  4. Click Show details on the subscription you would like to edit.
  5. Click Products in your subscription.
  6. Click Remove product next to the product you would like to remove. Please note that if there is only one item in the subscription, Remove product will not appear.
  7. Click Remove product.
  8. Click Remove product again in the popup menu to confirm your choice.
