How to remove a product from a customer's subscription?
To remove a product from a subscription as a customer, they can follow these steps.
- Log in to the customer portal.
- Click Products in my subscription.
- Click Remove product next to the product you would like to remove. Please note that if there is only one item in the subscription, Remove product will not appear.
- Click Remove a product.
- Click OK in the browser popup confirmation.
To remove a product from a subscription as an admin, please follow the steps below.
- From within Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.
- Search for the customer by name or email.
- Click the ellipsis beside the customer and select Manage subscriptions.
- Click Show details on the subscription you would like to edit.
- Click Products in your subscription.
- Click Remove product next to the product you would like to remove. Please note that if there is only one item in the subscription, Remove product will not appear.
- Click Remove product.
- Click Remove product again in the popup menu to confirm your choice.
