How do new customers log in after making a subscription purchase through Bold Shopify Checkout?
When a new customer makes a subscription purchase through Shopify's checkout, Shopify automatically creates a new customer identity and sends them an email invitation to complete their account creation by setting a password. If the customer does not complete this step, their account will not be created, and you will see an option to send an account invite under "More actions" in the customer account in Shopify admin.
Existing customers will receive a single email indicating that the subscription has been purchased. To log in, customers can go to the store's login page. If a customer is unable to log in, please reach out to Shopify support for further assistance. Once logged in, customer's can click the Manage Subscription link to access the subscription customer portal.
