How can I delete a subscription group that has multiple subscriptions within it, specifically when some subscriptions are associated with a product that is no longer offered?
It is not possible to directly delete a subscription group that contains active subscriptions. To cancel a subscription group, you must first cancel all active subscriptions within the group. To identify and cancel subscriptions associated with a specific product, use the 'Customers by Product' report, available in the Bold Commerce Dashboard. After identifying subscriptions, you can cancel them individually using the 'Subscription Management - Customer Perspective' feature.
