Why is my subscription frequency missing?

Why can't I find the frequency I want to update my customer's subscription to?

There are a couple reasons why a subscription frequency may not be appearing:

  • The frequency doesn't exist in the subscription group. You can only select from the frequency options that are available in the subscription group. To fix this, edit the subscription group and add the frequency you want.
  • The subscription group needs to be re-synced. If the frequency is a part of the subscription group but is not displaying, please try re-syncing the subscription group by turning the subscription group off and then back on again.
