How to Move a Subscription to a Different Account?

My customer has two accounts with subscriptions, can I merge these customer accounts into one?

The best way to move a subscription between accounts is to add the products to the desired account's subscription and cancel the subscription associated with the original account.

To add a product, you must log into the customer portal. Please follow these steps:

1. In Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.

2. Search for the customer by name or email.

3. Click on the ellipsis beside the customer and select Log in to Customer Portal.

4. Click Add Products.

To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

1. In Bold Subscriptions, select Customers.

2. Search for the customer by name or email.

3. Click on the ellipsis beside the customer, and select Manage Subscriptions.

4. Click Cancel subscription
